Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions (Terms, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.supplylinesolutions.co.uk website (the “Service”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access and use the service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts entered between Supply Line Solutions Limited (“SLS”) and its customers.

SLS agrees to carry out the requirements of the customer in accordance with written specifications supplied by the customer to SLS and recorded in writing between the parties.


Unless otherwise agreed between both parties, payment for the goods ordered by the customer shall be made when placing order. For account customers if payment has not been made by the last day of month following delivery then interest shall accrue thereon at the rate of 8% per annum from the date of invoice.

Title or ownership of the goods supplied by SLS to the customer shall not pass to the customer until full payment has been made, full payment is the receipt of cleared funds in respect of the whole order relating to the goods supplied.

Alterations and/or Changes

If the customer wishes to change the design, artwork or any other aspect of their order, such requests must be given by the customer to SLS in writing. SLS will use its best endeavours to make the requested changes but reserves the right to charge the customer any additional cost of any such changes. SLS will notify the customer of these costs at the time of the request. SLS also reserve the right to amend initial delivery time frames should changes to an order be required. If an order requires new artwork, it will not be started until the artwork has been signed off by customer.

Returns Policy

You may return any item bought from our standard range within 14 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale. SLS will pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error, or the material is deemed to be faulty.

Please be advised Returns can take up to 15 working days to be processed.

Unless an item has been incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:

  • Goods that have been embroidered, badged or printed.
  • Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.
  • Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and do not form part of our standard range.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If goods should arrive with production or manufacturing errors SLS reserves the right to correct these prior to offering a refund, again this is at the sole discretion of SLS.

SLS will only accepts a return of goods at its own discretion except where the return of goods is a result of failure on the part of SLS to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order.

Goods cannot be returned if they have an individual design or embroidery work, and/or the customer has used the goods, and/or the customer has added their own design or embroidery work.

These terms and conditions, unless otherwise agreed between both SLS and the customer, are deemed to apply to all orders and contract arrangements undertaken between SLS and the customer. This will include repeat and new orders from the customer.

For avoidance of doubt, if there should be any dispute under these terms and conditions or the contract between SLS and the customer then such dispute shall be dealt with under English law.

SLS Would like to confirm these Terms and Conditions do not in any way remove, restrict, hinder or take away from the customer any of their statutory rights.

E-mail Discount Codes

Email discount codes can only be used in online transactions. Discount code usage is applied at the sole discretion of Supply Line Solutions.

Colour Advice

Please be advised that the colour samples shown may not exactly match the colours on the actual garments. For further information regarding sizes, please contact us.

VAT Exempt

Products specified as no VAT may have additional terms which qualify customers for no VAT, an example would be safety footwear, individual purchases not for employees (subject to safety rating) will qualify for no VAT, however, purchases for employees will require the addition of VAT. It is the responsibility of the customer to make their use known to SLS if subject to VAT charges as individual use will be presumed, unless told otherwise.

SLS withhold the right to refuse orders, at their sole discretion, for (but not limited to):

  • Offensive words and slogans
  • Offensive graphics and icons
  • Copyrighted material
  • Copyrighted images or phrases

Standard Range

Relates to the majority of item available on our website but does not include special colours or sizes. Please contact us directly for further information relating to non-standard items.
